This role focuses on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional support across our network.
- Collect outstanding debts from customers and negotiate suitable payment arrangements.
- Develop long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and customers to ensure timely payments.
- Monitor accounts and payments into accounts.
- Apply holds and blocks on accounts where necessary.
- Record customer notes and keep client files up-to-date.
- Adhere to confidentiality processes and complete related reporting.
The ideal candidate will be task-oriented, have strong organisational skills and efficiently manage administrative duties to support debt recovery processes. Previous experience in accounts receivable or debt recovery is essential.
Key Skills:- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong data analysis skills and commercial acumen.
