Job Title: Coordinator Asset Data And Systems

Job Summary:

This is a permanent, full-time role with the organization. The team is responsible for delivering high-quality services and facilities to the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate delivery of integrated asset management framework to ensure accurate reporting and asset performance.
  • Work with a small team of professionals to improve asset data and system governance.
  • Ensure implementation of asset management policies, strategies, and plans in a well-planned and timely manner.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge in infrastructure and asset management systems and databases.
  • Strong leadership abilities and team building skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of strategic asset management systems and databases.
  • High-level project management skills to ensure timely completion and documentation of projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in facilitation, consultation, and negotiation to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant state legislation.
  • Relevant degree or significant industry experience.

Benefits:

  • Salary range of $116,412 to $124,121 per annum (depending on knowledge and skill).
  • 12% superannuation with option to co-contribute up to a further 5%.
