Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to drive sustainable growth across our SMB segment in the APAC region.
This individual will lead a team to execute multi-channel performance marketing campaigns, optimizing for lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Key to success will be generating high-quality leads for the Inside Sales team and managing external agencies to optimize digital performance in key markets.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in SMB lead generation and performance marketing within digital/e-commerce or B2B SaaS-based tech companies.
A strong attention to detail, execution skills, and experience working closely with Inside Sales teams are necessary. Additionally, they should have a solid understanding of the full digital media mix, including SEM, SEO, content marketing, online advertising, programmatic display, social media advertising, and optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
Familiarity with tools such as Dynamics, Marketo, Tableau, Adobe, or other CRM/automation systems is required, as well as proven experience executing campaigns across the APAC region.
