Our mission is to drive sustainable growth for our SMB segment across the APAC region by leading a team to execute multi-channel performance marketing campaigns, optimizing for lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

We're seeking a talented professional to oversee the execution of high-quality, net-new leads for the Inside Sales team, manage external agencies in Japan, Korea, China, and optimize digital performance to increase website traffic, downloads, leads, and SMB revenue.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SMB lead generation and performance marketing within digital/e-commerce or B2B SaaS-based tech companies, with strong attention to detail and execution skills. They will also work closely with the Inside Sales team to generate leads, design and execute targeted campaigns, and optimize landing pages and user funnels.

A solid understanding of the full digital media mix, including SEM, SEO, content marketing, online advertising, programmatic display, social media advertising, and CRM/automation systems is required. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, public transport friendly location, quarterly team events, company-wide celebrations, shared staff lunches, and more.
