About Our Senior Leadership Team

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our leadership team. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead complex projects from inception to completion, working closely with our design and estimating teams to deliver results-driven solutions.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing project budgets, costs on site, variations, payment schedules, and all mandatory reporting. You'll also inspire your team, create opportunities for growth, and truly understand what drives each individual.

You'll take full ownership of the head contract, let schedule, and all subcontractor and supplier agreements. Additionally, you'll build strong, trusted relationships with clients - staying actively engaged to ensure their needs are met and contract conditions are being executed.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing project scope, timeline, and budget
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet their expectations
  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
  • Mentoring and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards

You're a seasoned construction management professional with a proven track record of delivering high-profile projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients. You possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
