About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to oversee the delivery of our most complex infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project scope, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring timely completion within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • IDentify and mitigate project risks, ensuring prompt resolution to prevent delays or cost overruns.
  • Collaborate with technical experts to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to foster a culture of open communication and trust.
  • Leverage expertise to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that enhance project efficiency and quality.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the infrastructure sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to motivate and guide high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively.
  • Demonstrated understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
