We are seeking a detail-driven and organized Project Coordinator to join our operations team on the Beerburrum to Nambour Upgrade project.

About the role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing finance-related administration, including:

  • Managing invoices from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Maintaining records of all invoices and payments.
  • Generating reports as required.
  • Preparing payments to suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Processing purchase orders.
  • Monitoring and resolving invoices.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Maintaining relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities include data entry skills, previous experience in a similar role, and the ability to organise tasks under pressure, meeting deadlines. A commitment to quality, safety, and environmental practices is essential.
