Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled leader to help nature recover by building, developing, and nurturing authentic, strategic relationships with diverse communities and community organisations. You will lead the development of partnerships and projects to promote community action for wildlife, develop and embed an impact-driven evaluation model for our community organising activity, and lead, coach, and manage a proactive and motivated community organising team.

What We Are Looking For

In-depth skills and knowledge of creating and leading successful innovative community organising initiatives and people-focussed projects are essential. Solid experience of collaborative working within charity and/or volunteering sectors, practical and creative problem-solving, and knowledge of community organising best practice, policy, and innovation are also required. Additionally, you should have experience of effectively developing high-performing teams while instilling a strong sense of accountability and empowerment.
