Job Description:

We are seeking a Cloud Security Solutions Expert to join our Customer team to provide specific solutions/technology/product consulting, technical, and sales support to Vault customers.

The role is based in our Canberra office and is a unique opportunity to develop formal technical sales plans and proposals.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to deepen your skills and work with new technologies.

You will be responsible for:

  • Brought together prospects, customers, sales, marketing, and product delivery teams.
  • The role will be central to supporting long-term revenue growth of the business.
  • Captured customer requirements, demonstrating credibility, and technical leadership across a range of technologies.
  • Designed solutions for customer outcomes, incorporating Vault's leading secure network, storage, and cloud solutions.
  • Produced and maintained a solution strategy and roadmap.

Requirements:

To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Deep technical knowledge in architecting, designing, and integrating new solutions in a large-scale enterprise of highly distributed applications.
  • Deep understanding of cloud computing, technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends.
  • Experience deploying cloud solutions on public or private cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or VMWare for commercial or public sectors.
  • Familiarity with a variety of private, hybrid, or public cloud technologies such as VMware vCloud Air, AWS, Open Stack, etc.
  • Proficient understanding of virtualization infrastructure such as VMware, Xen, or KVM.
  • Understanding of container technology and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
  • Ability to drive professional requirements and scoping sessions and reconcile technical requirements.
  • Proven experience interfacing with a range of people from executive to technical.
  • NV1 Security Clearance.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus 5 days of bonus leave per year, company-paid parental leave, and a diverse culture where we celebrate our people and their unique individual perspectives.
