
Business Development Sales Representative

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for generating revenue through inbound and outbound sales calls.
Your primary focus will be on selling products and services to potential new and existing customers, acquiring new customers, and converting existing ones through prospecting, referrals, and upselling.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making outbound sales calls to sell products and services to potential new customers
- Receiving inbound sales calls to sell products and services to existing customers
- Qualifying clients using value-based selling methods
- Researching customer history and needs to develop complete service proposals
- Responding to customer concerns and resolving issues
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of B2B or outside sales experience in North America and LATAM; certifications and/or licenses as required
