Regional Business Development Director

The company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead its Broome Production and Sales business unit. As Regional Business Development Director, you will be responsible for growing sales and market share, developing new customers, and nurturing existing relationships. Your role will involve mentorship and management of a small, collaborative team.
To succeed in this role, you will require a strong background in sales or commercial operations within the building products/construction/engineering sectors. A high level of energy and drive, coupled with a collaborative yet decisive leadership style, are essential for this position. Tertiary qualifications are viewed favourably but not essential.
This presents an outstanding opportunity for an individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity identification. You will be given autonomy and support to manage a key business unit as part of Stratco's national operations. Relocation assistance will be provided, along with an attractive remuneration package comprising fully maintained vehicle.
