Senior Talent Development Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Senior Talent Development Manager with Eurofins GSC Poland Sp. z o. o., a leading global company in laboratory services, based in Sydney, NSW.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing operational and strategic initiatives to build people capability, problem-solve, increase employee engagement, and consistently apply the employment legal framework.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build capacity for effective people management and improve processes relating to the employee life-cycle, including talent acquisition, development, management, and separation.
  • Buil strong relationships with managers across client groups to influence business outcomes and support achievement of objectives.
  • Support managers in workforce planning, identifying organisational capacity and capability to deliver objectives, analysing trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Work with managers and supervisors to increase employee engagement and ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices.
  • Provide thought leadership and collaborate with senior management in designing organisational solutions, leading structure reviews, and identifying opportunities and issues.
  • Undertake proactive case management of performance and work with OHS Managers on fitness for duty, attendance, early intervention, rehabilitation, and compensation cases.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • A degree or graduate diploma in Human Resources or related qualifications and/or equivalent experience across HR functions, including employment laws and legislation.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a HR Business Partnering service model, coaching, and supporting business leaders.
  • Evidence of extensive experience in key HR areas, including case management, coaching, workforce planning, organisation development, remuneration, performance management, succession planning, and talent management.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion, and judgement while providing a strong customer service approach.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to use software proficiently for work tasks and undertake required administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Hold full working rights in Australia.

We Offer:

Eurofins offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $125,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
