Job Description:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Payroll Services team, respond to employee payroll enquiries, and ensure compliance with statutory and organisational requirements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing first-line customer service and resolving payroll-related issues efficiently.
  • CALCULATING WAGES, TERMINATIONS, LEAVE ENTITLEMENTS, AND REDUNDANCIES WITH ACCURACY.
  • INTERPRETING AND UPDATING RECORDS ACROSS THE ORGANISATION IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE AWARD.
  • Assisting with leave management calculations, including maternity leave and long service leave.
  • Supporting the Senior Payroll Administrator with fortnightly pay runs and administrative tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a large payroll function in a complex environment.
