Job Title: Senior Client Delivery Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Client Delivery Lead.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in the energy sector or SaaS providers, with previous work with technical stakeholders (developers, QA, solution architects) being a bonus.

This role involves working in partnership with technology and operational teams, requiring a deep understanding of how our solutions work and ability to identify problems and refine solutions in the best way to leverage existing and new capabilities.

Senior Client Delivery Leads will bring together technology, people, and processes to innovate improvements for clients, dealing with complexity across multiple customer journeys with a variety of customer types and end users.

This person will play a critical role in bringing all the right people together to deliver strategic roadmaps and facilitate and drive conversations with clients to truly get to the root cause of their problems and the options we have to solve them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead delivery teams and produce well-articulated written documentation for clients and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate and drive conversations with clients to understand their challenges and options for solving them.
  • Take a hands-on approach to verifying, testing, and demonstrating our solutions to clients.
  • Get into the finer details at times, learning how to use tools like SQL and APIs to find answers.
