Ayan Infotech are looking for a Client Delivery Leader (Program Director) for one of our Tier-1 Consulting clients. The role is based our of Melbourne and is working mostly from the office. This will be a full time permanent position with a base salary, superannuation and a bonus (quarterly+ annual).

**Experience: 15 or more years**

Required Skills and Experience:

- An extensive consulting background combined with corporate experience that balances a strategic mindset with operational management across people, processes and systems.
- Relevant experience in a telecommunications environment is ideal.
- Strong experience in enterprise wide technological transformation programs.
- Exceptional experience in end to end program delivery management, including client stakeholder expectation management and review.
- Ability to act as a bridge between the employer and their client to close gaps and increase customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Ability to run business workshops for C-Level executives.
- Clear approach to transformation programs, with strong experience in identifying key stakeholders and focus on the bigger picture.
- Strong ability to establishing and managing delivery governance.
- Experience working with C level executives, internal business unit stakeholders and full breath of IT professionals.
- Any experience in Remedy, ServiceNow or similar transformation programs will be an added advantage.
