  • The Director Service Delivery will have a dual responsibility: to lead the delivery team and ensure that the process from commencement of delivery of projects through implementation, testing and support is seamless and of best practice standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the service delivery team to deliver best practice development, delivery and support to all customers
  • Assure the alignment of IT strategy with business objectives through planning, implementation and execution
  • Lead and mentor through collaboration - identify blockers, challenges and risks and take steps to close issues and make quick decisions
  • Ensure integrity and consistency across the delivery of solutions
  • Ensure all project and support work undertaken is of a high-quality standard where high customer satisfaction levels are achieved and maintained
