We're seeking an exceptional leader to head our ANZ Operations team as Delivery Operations Manager. You'll be responsible for driving product rollouts to enhance reliability, analyzing data to optimize delivery experiences, and executing strategic projects.

This role demands strong analytical skills, effective collaboration, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Your Impact in Role

  • Develop and refine processes to improve delivery experiences, including core metrics like completion and on-time rates.
  • Own the delivery experience product roadmap, collaborating with global and regional teams to implement new features and capabilities.
  • Monitor operational performance and conduct detailed data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage end-to-end project management for strategic projects to enhance delivery experiences.
  • Support the broader team with daily management and contribute to overall success.

The Experience You'll Bring

  • A proven track record (3+ years) in business management, analytics, or operations within a dynamic environment.
  • A self-starter with expertise in solving complex problems and embracing continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate cross-functionally and build lasting relationships in a fast-paced setting.
  • Operational and data analytical aptitude, including SQL knowledge.
  • Commercial and business acumen to understand organizational goals and collaboration.
