Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing professional services delivery across multiple clients
  • Strong grasp of SLAs, KPIs, and service metrics in a commercial setting
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, issue resolution, and continuous improvement
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Technology, or a related field (required)
  • Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or Agile (preferred)
