Job Title: Delivery Excellence Lead


We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our delivery excellence initiatives. As a Delivery Excellence Lead, you will be responsible for driving hands-on service innovation in complex environments.


Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement capability uplift strategies across diverse communities to shape future delivery excellence.
  2. Drive service innovation in high-impact environments.
  3. Establish and lead Community of Practices to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  4. Contribute to the workforce strategy, aligning sourcing and capability development with organisational needs.
  5. Influence the workforce capability framework, ensuring it reflects evolving project and portfolio delivery capabilities.
  6. Design and deliver capability uplift programs, including training material development and facilitation.
  7. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
  8. Provide consultancy-style support to project teams, working closely to embed best practices.

Requirements
  • Professional qualifications in Project Management or Service Delivery.
  • Desirable: Accreditation in Six Sigma, Lean Management, or similar.
  • 10+ years' experience in complex delivery environments.
  • Deep understanding of project and program methodologies.
  • Proven experience in capability building, coaching project staff, and delivering training programs.
  • Success in leading change through capability uplift initiatives.
