Overnight Guest Service Agent

This is a unique opportunity to join our Front Office team as an Overnight Guest Service Agent.

  • Provide exceptional guest experiences and deliver legendary service that makes us a leading luxury brand.
  • Operate the telephone switchboard and respond to all guest enquiries, going above and beyond with each guest experience.
  • Assist with verifying and adjusting billing for guests whilst following up with guest questions and requests, focusing on attention to detail.
  • Check guest in and out using OPERA systems, conduct security checks across property and assist driving and parking cars when necessary.
  • Deliver bags and luggage's of guest movements during the overnight period and build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests collaborating other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete reservation administration tasks and offer general support to the team.
  • Make and update room reservations. Assign rooms according to guest requests and preferences whenever possible.

Requirements:

  • Experience with OPERA property management system or similar.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Driver's License is a requirement for the role.
  • Working rights in Australia.
  • Enthusiastic to escalate your career.
  • Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude.
  • Attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
