Rehabilitation Specialist

We seek a highly skilled rehabilitation specialist to join our team. As a key member of our services team, you will play a vital role in delivering workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions.

About the Role:

  • You will assist individuals to return to meaningful engagement in occupations using your specialist knowledge and skills.
  • Evaluate treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness.
  • Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interests.
  • Perform assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments.
  • Manage cases to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward their return to work goal.
  • Engage with stakeholders and build relationships to facilitate business objectives.

Key Requirements:

  • Professional registration with relevant bodies.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application.
