The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our renewable energy project team. As a key player in the team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering large-scale solar farm projects across Australia's East & West Coast. You'll work alongside experienced leaders in the industry, helping shape the future of the renewable energy landscape.

  1. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of solar farm projects from initial design to final commissioning.
  2. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring timely completion and adherence to scope.
  3. Collaborate with engineers, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  4. Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks to maintain smooth operations.
  5. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and site teams, helping them develop their skills.
  6. Oversee compliance with Australian Standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
  7. Regularly review progress and report updates to senior management, ensuring deliverables are met.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil or related field).
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Project Engineering role, with 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong background in renewable energy projects, particularly solar farms.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and guide teams to success.
  • Ability to solve complex engineering challenges and deliver results under pressure.
  • Passion for the environment and renewable energy solutions.
