Job Title: Portfolio Commercial And Controls Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan the portfolio procurement and contracting strategy in consultation with leaders, development teams, and supply chain partners
  • Maintain a forecast plan of owner's team resources required for successful delivery of projects in development and execution
  • Liaise with project managers, support services, and external providers to communicate resource plans and recommend pathways for implementation
  • Build, monitor, and report on portfolio-wide KPIs in consultation with each major project team
  • Build and maintain project controls resources to support major project teams in monitoring and reporting on project KPIs and risks during the execution phase
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in major project delivery within an industrial construction environment, managing contracts, budgets, and schedules
  • Track record of commercial and contract management and administration, successfully delivering projects with capital expenditure above AUD $100 million
  • Track record of managing schedule and budget on successfully delivered major projects
  • Experience with team building and development of project delivery framework
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Legal, or related field. Postgraduate qualifications in specialized areas or related commercial disciplines
