Renewable Energy Leader

The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in renewable energy projects and will lead technical design efforts.

This role is pivotal to shaping the direction of our renewable energy projects and delivering innovative solutions to clients.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Solar PV, Wind, and BESS projects, providing deep technical expertise and guidance
  • Lead the technical design efforts across renewable energy projects, ensuring excellence in engineering and project outcomes with ability to speak to clients, vendors, and contractors
  • Manage and mentor a small team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
  • Oversee project development from concept through completion, maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Demonstrated expertise in Solar, Wind, and BESS projects, minimum of twelve (12) years of professional experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred
