Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Retention Strategist to join our team. As a Senior CRM Specialist, you will play a critical role in enhancing customer retention rates and maximizing lifetime value.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer lifecycle programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign development, including lifecycle, loyalty, and service communications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize CRM programs and journey automations, emphasizing personalization.
  • Design and implement triggered automated programs.
  • Analyze campaign performance to drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and enhance customer experiences.
Key Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in Lifecycle Marketing, mapping and creating lifecycle journeys across multiple channels. Retail experience is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and execute simultaneous projects with the ability to balance rigorous attention to detail with swift execution.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
