We are seeking two HR professionals to join our People and Culture team, collaborating with Business Managers and Leadership teams to identify, develop and implement solutions across a range of HR activities including recruitment, workforce planning and performance management.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide strategic advice to leaders on disputes, grievances, performance management and termination of employment, ensuring organisational compliance with relevant legislation, industrial instruments, and policy
- Collaborate with hiring managers and our Talent Acquisition team in the recruitment process; assist with job design, re-orgs and classification of roles as required. Be hands-on in recruitment where necessary.
- Manage the company's performance management process for the client group, this includes reporting, supporting staff and leaders, and systems training
- Project manage the implementation of HR continuous improvement initiatives and programs across your client group to ensure timely, consistent, and successful implementation
- Support Business Leaders by linking people and culture initiatives to business goals, including support and guidance on employee engagement and change management initiatives.
- Establish and maintain trusted working relationships with business leaders.
This role will see you working closely with stakeholders to provide HR advisory services, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies. You will also have the opportunity to project manage HR initiatives and contribute to the development of business strategy.
