Job Overview:

We are seeking two HR professionals to join our People and Culture team, collaborating with Business Managers and Leadership teams to identify, develop and implement solutions across a range of HR activities including recruitment, workforce planning and performance management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic advice to leaders on disputes, grievances, performance management and termination of employment, ensuring organisational compliance with relevant legislation, industrial instruments, and policy
