Job Title: HR Business Strategist

As a seasoned HR professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business outcomes and improving operational efficiencies within our organisation.

About the Role:
  • Partner with leaders to provide strategic advice and support in implementing people-focused initiatives and best practices.
  • Coach and advise managers on people management activities, including recruitment, talent acquisition, succession planning, reward and recognition, professional development, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Lead case management of sensitive and complex employment relations issues to effective resolution.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance leadership skills and drive organisational change.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to foster open communication and cross-functional collaboration.

The successful candidate will be an experienced senior HR professional with a strong background in generalist HR, possessing excellent business partnering capabilities, sound judgement, professionalism, and discretion.

Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a generalist HR professional in a similar industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of current employment laws and workplace requirements.
  • Strong understanding of Awards/EBA's and employment contract conditions.
  • Ability to manage Employee Relations matters effectively.
  • Proven business partnering ability with a focus on developing trusted relationships to achieve positive business outcomes.
