Senior HR Business Partner Role

This is a critical opportunity to collaborate with senior leaders and contribute to the organisation's future direction.

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Senior HR Business Partner to join our People Strategy and Capability team on a fixed-term contract. You will work closely with a team of dedicated HR professionals who are passionate about creating a productive and supportive workplace culture.

As a trusted advisor, you will provide strategic guidance and support on all people initiatives, including workforce planning, organisational development, and succession planning. You will also guide the People and Culture program and lifecycle.

This role requires someone who can quickly adapt and leverage their experience to make a significant impact. You will work closely with senior leaders and executives to deliver business outcomes and drive organisational success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice on human resources matters to senior leaders and executives
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Leading projects and initiatives to improve organisational capability and effectiveness
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the business

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • Significant demonstrated experience in a senior HR Business Partner role
  • Strong technical HR capability and experience in strategic HR practices
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
