Our mission is to design, build and deliver quality healthcare infrastructure that meets the needs of Victorians. We are seeking a Project Officer to support our project management teams in delivering capital projects across Victoria.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the project team in planning and managing client relationships;
  • Engage and manage consultants and contractors;
  • Manage project budget and delivery;
  • Prepare performance reports for key stakeholders;

Mandatory requirements include:

  • Administration experience in project coordination;
  • Excellent communication skills to work with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders;
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and provide administrative support as required;

As a Project Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the project team and ensuring the successful completion of projects within time, cost and quality parameters. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

For this position, you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa. Work eligibility will be checked as part of the recruitment process.
