Capital Projects Coordinator

The Department of Health is seeking a Project Officer to support the start-up phase of a major program. This role requires a strong team player with the ability to work autonomously to deliver outcomes.
Key responsibilities include contributing to the full life cycle of projects, managing projects or sub-projects, monitoring and evaluating projects, providing authoritative advice, and building relationships with stakeholders.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager and Principle Project Manager to coordinate reporting, develop Ministerial briefings, manage procurement processes, and assist in developing project teams.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about improving the delivery of public sector capital projects and committed to delivering sustainable services to Victorian communities.
