Country Road/Trenery Concession Store Manager

As a Concession Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving the financial performance of the concession store and delivering on company key performance indicators. This role will focus on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience, building a high-performing team, and driving sales, profit, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, profit, and productivity
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, focusing on customer service, sales, and operational excellence
  • Collaborate with other concession, floor managers, and cluster managers to achieve business objectives
  • Embody the company's key cultural values: customer obsessed, collaborative, inspirational, responsible, and dedicated to quality

Attributes and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing a fast-paced retail or hospitality business
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters
  • Experience in managing the performance, productivity, training, and development of a large team
  • Operational excellence, experience with stock control and visual merchandising
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
