About the Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, this Assistant Store Manager position is responsible for maximising store performance through key areas of team management, sales, visual merchandising, and expense control, while focusing on delivering a premium customer experience.

About You

  • Retail Management experience in a high-end or premium retail environment
  • Ability to drive store performance and achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Proven ability and passion to train, develop, and motivate team members in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and expectations
  • Love for fashion and a strong sense of personal style and presentation
  • Flexible approach in reacting positively to changing work demands

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer-focused service with a touch of sophistication and style
  • Assist in managing budgets and interpreting financial reports
  • Support the Manager in driving team performance and skill development
  • Ensure operational excellence by maintaining control over stock and executing flawless visual merchandising
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
