Role Overview

This role involves assisting the Store Manager in maximizing store performance through effective team management, sales growth, visual merchandising, and expense control. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales targets, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Assist the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team, ensuring excellent customer service, and promoting a culture of growth and development.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales targets by implementing effective visual merchandising strategies, managing inventory levels, and analyzing sales data.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, ensuring products are displayed effectively and meeting brand standards.
  • Expense Control: Assist in managing budgets, interpreting financial reports, and optimizing store operations to achieve efficiency savings.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Retail management experience in a premium or high-end retail environment.
  • A proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • An eye for detail and ability to maintain high-quality store standards.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.
