**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Concession Manager to join our team at David Jones Southland in VIC. As a key member of our concession stores leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

**About the Role:**

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your passion for retail, exceptional service skills, and strong commercial acumen to drive business success. You will have the chance to work collaboratively with other concession leaders, floor managers, and cluster managers to achieve shared goals and objectives.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to deliver business objectives and key performance indicators
  • Inspire and develop team members through training, coaching, and feedback

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in managing fast-paced retail, hospitality, or similar businesses
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters
  • Experience managing large teams, developing their performance, productivity, and training needs
  • Operational excellence, including stock control and visual merchandising expertise
  • Able to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business

**Estimated Salary:** $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience
