Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement

  • Manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and craft efficient rosters to optimize store performance
  • Foster a culture of growth and development within the team, providing coaching, mentoring, and training opportunities
  • Ensure operational excellence by maintaining control over stock, executing flawless visual merchandising, and adhering to company standards
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, promoting collaboration and synergy
