  • Scaling the email and SMS channel
  • Optimizing flows to drive revenue
  • Directing, testing, and iterating creatives
  • Experimenting with subject lines and lifecycle flows through A/B testing at scale
  • Delivering weekly performance breakdowns on revenue per user, new sign-ups, and flows by country
  • Collaborating with the creative team to deliver high-converting campaigns

Requirements include 5+ years of experience scaling email and SMS marketing, managing high-growth revenue accounts with direct responsibility for growth, working across AU, UK & US markets, and thriving in high-performance environments where results drive decisions.
