Job Description:

This role focuses on developing and executing effective email campaigns for a CBD-based client and national industry body.

As a key member of the digital marketing team, you will work closely with the broader marketing and content team to ensure successful delivery of email communications to an extensive member base.

  • Develop and execute email templates that resonate with customers
  • Segment email lists based on customer characteristics, behaviours, and preferences to send targeted and relevant emails
  • Implement an email marketing plan that aligns with business objectives, targets audience preferences, and industry best practices
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance
  • Conduct A/B tests to optimise open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
  • Manage the email calendar, timelines, and email frequency

Key requirements include:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in email marketing with a focus on building and executing campaigns
  • Demonstrated experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Proficiency in HTML and email design best practices
  • Experience in using email marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimisation techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
