Email Marketing Specialist

This role is ideal for a marketing professional seeking to leverage their expertise in email marketing to drive business growth.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective email campaigns that resonate with our extensive member base.
This involves building and executing email templates, segmenting email lists based on customer characteristics, behaviours, and preferences, and implementing the email marketing plan that aligns with business objectives.
In addition, the candidate will be expected to monitor and analyse campaign performance, conduct A/B tests to optimise open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and manage the enterprise email calendar, timelines, and email frequency.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A minimum of 3 years of experience in email marketing with a focus on building and executing campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Proficiency in HTML and email design best practices.
- Experience in using email marketing analytics tools.
- Experience with A/B testing and optimisation techniques.
