Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Prouds Jewellers. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's strategic objectives and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to senior leaders and managers across the organization.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that enhance skills and knowledge.
- Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent and ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with company values and regulatory requirements.
- 8+ years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 2 years in a Business Partner or equivalent role.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Proven track record of driving business outcomes through HR initiatives and partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and employees at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
