Key Responsibilities- Recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction of new employees
- Development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
- Collaboration with senior leaders to drive business outcomes
- Empowerment and inspiration of team members through leadership and development
- Performance management and continuous improvement
- At least 8 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 2 years in a Business Partner or equivalent role
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Experience in the fast-paced retail or hospitality industry
- Ability to attract and effectively onboard front-line team members and their leaders
- Highly skilled in learning and development, including presenting to senior leaders
