Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 2 years in a Business Partner or equivalent role
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Experience in the fast-paced retail or hospitality industry
  • Ability to attract and effectively onboard front-line team members and their leaders
  • Highly skilled in learning and development, including presenting to senior leaders
