About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Goldmark, the largest specialty jewellery retail chain in Australia. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in developing, executing, and evolving key functions within the HR department in line with the company's broader strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction of new employees
  • Development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
  • Collaboration with senior leaders to drive business outcomes and achieve company goals
  • Empowerment and inspiration of employees through leadership and development
  • Performance management and continuous improvement
Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 2 years in a Business Partner or equivalent role
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Experience in the fast-paced retail or hospitality industry
  • Ability to attract and effectively onboard front-line employees and their leaders
  • Highly skilled in learning and development, including presenting to senior leaders
