We are seeking a skilled professional to assist with the recovery and return to work of individuals who have experienced injury or illness.
Responsibilities- Support clients in their recovery journey, focusing on their safe return to work and daily life;
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop case management plans to address client needs across various portfolios;
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients;
- Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, or Psychology, with relevant registration/accreditation;
- Prior experience working in occupational rehabilitation is preferred;
- Certificate of current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders;
- Superior time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results;
- Honesty, integrity, and a strong team attitude;
- Genuine commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.
