Lead Financial Operations Manager

This role plays a pivotal part in driving financial excellence across multiple sites, leading the finance function to deliver accurate and timely information that supports business decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in financial control, operational finance, and reporting across multi-site environments. They will also possess strong leadership skills, advanced Excel abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end Operations Finance including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and operational cash flow management across multiple sites.
  • Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insights and performance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian Accounting Standards and relevant legislation in all states.
  • Enhance financial systems and internal controls to support scalability and efficiency.
  • Coordinate external audits and engage with regulators as needed.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to a team of finance professionals.
