Key Responsibilities:

- Leading and developing the finance function with a calm, decisive style.
- Overseeing the integrity of all financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Influencing key relationships with directors, banks, accountants, and strategic partners.
- Driving profitability and efficiency by identifying and delivering on opportunities for cost optimisation, smart investment, and process improvement.
Requirements:
- A calm approach under pressure and the ability to work autonomously.
- Extensive senior finance leadership experience, ideally in construction, engineering, or a similar complex environment.
- An absolute pro at forecasting, budgeting, cashflow management, and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication skills— from the worksite to the boardroom.
