Senior Financial Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of strategic plans to prepare Australian financial statements according to IFRS standards.
  • Coordinate and manage external audit processes to ensure timely delivery of results.
  • Collaborate with local leadership on key financial reporting initiatives.
  • Work with global finance teams to implement process improvements and automation initiatives.
About You:
  • CPA or CA qualified with a minimum of 5 years' experience in finance and accounting roles.
  • Proven track record of preparing statutory financial statements, preferably using Workiva.
  • Strong technical accounting skills with solid IFRS knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
