About the Role:
This leadership opportunity focuses on driving exceptional customer and claim outcomes for Financial Lines, Injury Liability and High Value and Complex claims. The Senior Portfolio Leader will develop a team culture of high performance, accountability and customer focus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for operationalising the Commercial Claims strategy
- Drive strength in capability and technical skill of individuals through coaching and support tailored professional development
- Contribute to the development of strategic and operational goals, and budget plans for the Commercial Claims portfolio specifically in building technical capabilities
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years commercial experience in insurance or financial services
- Minimum 5 years experience leading high performing teams
- Demonstrated management experience within insurance claims or large-scale operational teams

- Strong business acumen with strong knowledge of key business drivers that enables accurate budgeting, forecasting and business planning
- Critical thinking with the ability to analyse situations accurately and make effective decisions.
