About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at integratedliving Australia Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will provide domestic assistance, intimate personal care, and transportation to our clients, while also implementing health and wellbeing initiatives and services that support their care plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide domestic assistance, including household chores and meal preparation
  • Assist with intimate personal care, such as bathing and dressing
  • Transport clients to appointments and activities
  • Implement health and wellbeing initiatives and services, such as exercise programs and nutrition planning

Requirements

  • Medication assist module is desirable
  • Flexible approach to a range of working hours between 7.00 am - 7.00 pm, Monday to Sunday
  • Current driver licence
  • A registered, reliable, and comprehensively insured motor vehicle including business use
  • Confidence in using your own smart phone, handheld device, email, and internet
  • A current First Aid and CPR Certificate or willing to obtain
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal Record Check
