**Breakfast Chef Opportunity**

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Breakfast Chef to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food for our guests. Your role will involve working closely with our Executive Chef to ensure the smooth operation of our breakfast buffet, Pumphouse Sydney, in-room dining, and function service.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have commercial cookery qualifications and experience as a Cook in a Hotel environment. You must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean and hygienic work environment at all times.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and presenting high-quality food for our guests
  • Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Working effectively as part of a team to meet deadlines and targets
