Breakfast Chef Position

Are you an early riser who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment? We're looking for a skilled Breakfast Chef to join our team and help set the tone for our guests' day with simple, thoughtful, and flavorful breakfast plates.
As a key member of our pre-opening kitchen team, you'll be responsible for leading service with confidence and calm, preparing and plating high-quality dishes with a focus on seasonality and flavor, working closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth early operations, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
We're seeking a motivated individual with at least 1 year of experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef in a breakfast or high-volume kitchen. You should be comfortable working during early shifts and have a proven track record of motivating diverse kitchen teams in high-pressure environments.
You'll be responsible for taking charge of the breakfast section, preparing consistently high-quality dishes, and collaborating effectively with front-of-house staff and other departments. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences and thrive in a dynamic kitchen environment, we'd love to hear from you.
