About the role

We are seeking a passionate Fulltime Breakfast Chef to join our vibrant team at PINA in Potts Point, NSW. As a Fulltime Breakfast Chef, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers. This is a fulltime position based in our conveniently located Potts Point restaurant.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and cook a wide variety of breakfast dishes to a consistently high standard
  • Assist in menu development and creation of new breakfast items
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
  • Take pride in your work and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques and presentation
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes
  • Food safety and hygiene certification
